A Structural Gap Between Digital Training and Real Workforce Outcomes
Across emerging and developing economies, digital skills training programmes have expanded significantly. Yet in most cases, the gap between training completion and productive employment remains wide. Programmes are often designed in isolation from the employment market, delivered without applied components, and measured on outputs — not outcomes.
